We'll email you back if the item is not in stock and let you know how long it will take for us to get it in stock. The usual amount of time is just a few days.

This is also a great way to ask for items to be held in store that are not yet released or that you'd like multiple copies of (ie for your Book Club). Also terrific for Gift Certificates for that last minute birthday gift!
